HISTORY / BIOGRAPHY

James M De Vince began his creative career at age 12, when he wrote a short story that so impressed his teacher and friends that he turned it into a full length novel.

By age 16 he had finished the novel and turned his attention to making neighborhood film clips as well.

Upon turning 25, he had three novels under his belt, and was actively involved in local theater, small plays, and a few small films.  Within the next twenty years, he added to his portfolio dozens of stage plays, several more books, and edited and published a children's book series as well.

In 2005, James decided to take his talents to the big and small screen.  He began writing scripts and started his own production company called Liquid Chariot Productions.  Over the past few years, James has written 8 full feature scripts, a number of short scripts, a scifi television series, and a sitcom.  He has also tried his hand at animation, creating a number of short antidotes and trailers.  He has directed, acted in, and produced a number of short films and most recently has directed and produced "When North Winds Blow", a full feature family drama that released in October of 2009.

In the future, Lord willing, James hopes to have a Family Friendly Studio and Television Station.
